What is Attio?

London-built CRM that syncs contacts and companies from the mail you already send, rather than waiting for someone to type them in. Enriches records automatically and lets you model your own objects instead of bending your business into somebody's idea of a sales pipeline.

Most CRMs fail in small businesses for one reason: nobody updates them. Attio’s answer is to populate itself from mail and calendar, so the record exists whether or not anyone did the admin.

For a UK buyer the practical arguments are the boring ones. It bills in pounds, the company is in London, and support is on your working day. Those three things settle more procurement conversations than any feature comparison.

Free plan with real-time contact syncing, automatic enrichment and up to 3 seats. Genuinely usable for a two-person business rather than a trial.

What to watch on the price

Plus is £34 per user per month billed monthly, or £27 billed annually. Pro is £74 monthly, £59 annually. Prices read from the vendor pricing page on 29 August 2026. The sweep had previously recorded £55, which matched no plan on the page — a reminder that an automated price read needs checking.

Does Attio train AI models on your data?

Vendor does not publish it

Read Attio's privacy policy on 30 August 2026. The word "train" does not appear in it. Attio also runs a trust centre at trust.attio.com which we have not read. For a CRM that populates itself from your mailbox this is worth asking directly, and being a UK company makes that easier.

The Torus verdict on Attio

The most credible UK-built tool in this directory, and the free three seats make it the obvious first CRM for a small team. Billed in pounds by a British company, which removes two problems most of this list creates.
