What to expect
Genuinely different: volunteers put on a VR headset and hold a workplace conversation with an AI character while everyone else watches and discusses it. Demonstrations cover leadership conversations, negotiation, sales, procurement and the difficult ones.
Ninety minutes, free, at Avenue HQ in Leeds. Aimed at business owners, HR and L&D people thinking about how AI fits into professional development. If you have sat through enough slide decks about AI, the appeal here is that you watch it work — and watching someone else rehearse a hard conversation tells you quickly whether the technology is ready for yours.
