What to expect
A full-day, hands-on session for small business owners and their teams, run by Gary Ennis of NSDesign, who has been training businesses on digital tools for twenty-five years. It covers ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and Canva, better prompting, and where automation and agents are genuinely worth the effort.
Unusually for a paid AI course, it spends real time on the governance side — risk, privacy, policy and human oversight — which is the part most SMEs get stuck on. Six hours in central Glasgow, around £155 to £180, and it works whether you have never opened ChatGPT or use it daily.
