What to expect
A structured debate rather than a lecture: a short grounding in how AI is used in medical imaging today, a real case study from Canon, then small groups arguing both sides of AI in radiology reporting. Run by Canon Medical Research Europe and the EPSRC-funded CHAI Hub at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
No specialist knowledge is needed, but you will be expected to talk — this is not a sit-and-listen hour. Two practical notes: it is 16+, and x-ray images are shown throughout. Free, one hour.
